We are a community of artists in the beautiful, rolling hills of Leicester, NC surrounded by the scenic mountains that have inspired a long tradition of artists to call our community home.

We host our annual Come to Leicester Studio Tour in August to showcase our local talent and to continue to build awareness of our vibrant arts community. We have 30 participating artists for the 2024 tour who are creating and selling their art, and those who will be on this year’s tour will be highlighted on our artists’ page. During the month of July, the Leicester Library displayed pieces from several of the artists on the tour. We hope you had an opportunity to visit the library, meet the friendly staff, get a preview of things on the tour, and, while you were there, grab a new book to read.
